We ship everywhere!
Shipping to New Zealand costs AU $18.00
Shipping everywhere else costs AU $35.00

International shipping timeframes are difficult to predict due to each countries policies on customs. Please allow up to 30 business days to avoid disappointment. As each country has their own rules according to incoming purchases, please check with your countries customs agency before ordering. Any additional custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

DELIVERY TIMING
While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post. We pack and send all orders within 2 business days, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays), from our warehouse in Cairns, Queensland. 

Australia Post’s estimated Domestic Delivery Timings are helpful in understanding when to expect your order, and are found here.

We highly recommend checking these details ahead of placing your order, especially if you are purchasing for a timely event.
DELIVERY PROCESS
You will receive a tracking number once your order is checked in with Australia Post, and from there, you’ll be able to track your delivery as closely as possible.

Delivery is managed by Australia Post. If a purchase does not arrive by the date you need it, you're very welcome to return it for a refund less a 20% restocking fee, however, the return postage costs will need to be covered by you.

Free local pickup is available from our Cairns showroom. You will receive email notification when your order is available for collection.
