This preparation time is additional to Australia Post’s estimated delivery time, which varies depending on the service selected and your location. Thank you for your patience and support during our closing-down sale.

Standard shipping — Australian orders

Standard shipping is $12.00.

Express shipping — Australian orders

Express shipping is $15.00 and is recommended for customers in South Australia and Western Australia. Express Post changes the delivery service, but does not reduce the order preparation time.

Local pickup

Local pickup from Kanimbla is temporarily available for orders placed by 28 October 2026. I’ll email you when your order is ready to collect.

International shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Preparation and delivery times

As Sweetpea Finery winds down, I’m currently preparing orders part-time. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are sent from Cairns, Queensland.

After dispatch, delivery is managed by Australia Post. Their estimated delivery times are a guide and vary by destination and service. You can check Australia Post’s estimated domestic delivery times here.

If you’re ordering for an event, please allow enough time for both order preparation and delivery. Australia Post delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, so I’m unable to guarantee arrival by a particular date.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking number once Australia Post has received your parcel. You can then follow its progress using Australia Post tracking. Once your order has been lodged, delivery updates and any delays are managed by Australia Post.

Returns and exchanges

Change of mind
We don’t offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong item, or no longer need your purchase or if your items doesn't arrive in time for your event. Please check the product details carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Faulty or incorrect items
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, or there’s another issue covered by consumer guarantees, please contact us at sweetpeafascinators@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue within three days of receiving your order. Photos can be helpful if available. We’ll assess the issue and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the problem. ACCC

Handmade items and colour
As each item is handmade, slight variations in finish and appearance may occur. Minor variations typical of handmade production are not considered product faults. Colours may also look different on your device due to screen settings. We do our best to represent each item accurately in our photographs and descriptions. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item has a problem covered by consumer guarantees.
